Effective date: the date EverPine v0.1.0 is publicly released
Welcome to EverPine. By using the app, you agree to these terms. EverPine is offered at launch in the United States, Canada, and Hong Kong. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
1. Your content is yours
All health information, documents, and records you enter or store in EverPine belong to you. You can view, export, and permanently delete them at any time. We claim no ownership of your content.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EverPine on your devices. Do not reverse-engineer, misuse, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
3. Not a medical service
EverPine is a personal health-records organizer and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See the Medical Disclaimer. Consult a qualified professional for any health decision.
4. Accounts and eligibility
Sign-in uses an email one-time code. Keep your email and device access secure. You must be at least 14 years old to use EverPine; if you are under the age of majority where you live, use EverPine only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You may delete your account at any time, which cascades to delete your cloud data. We may suspend or terminate accounts used to abuse the service or break the law.
5. AI features
AI features (document recognition and the in-app assistant) are optional; AI recognition additionally requires your separate opt-in. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is for your reference and organization only — it is not medical advice. You can always add, edit, or delete records manually.
6. Service provided "as is"
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverPine is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to fitness, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes in the app or by email.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rights you have under the laws of your country or region of residence.
